Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Brokmans gin
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 5 ml cacao liqueur
- 5 ml hazelnut liqueur
- 15 ml Sanz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz red berries puré
- 30 ml egg white
How to mix
Batir todos los ingredientes con hielo, extraer el hielo y volver a batir, colar doble en una copa fria.
