Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Brokmans gin
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 5 ml cacao liqueur
  • 5 ml hazelnut liqueur
  • 15 ml Sanz sugar syrup
  • 1/2 oz red berries puré
  • 30 ml egg white

How to mix

Batir todos los ingredientes con hielo, extraer el hielo y volver a batir, colar doble en una copa fria.
