  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup
  • 1 barspoon Sanz grenadine syrup
  • 2 drops vainilla bitters
  • 3/4 oz egg white
  • rosemary aroma

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled coupette glass
