Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Cointreau blood orange liqueur
  • 5 ml bergamot liqueur
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml Sanz lemon syrup
  • Top raspberry lambic beer
  • 1 rosemary sprig

How to mix

Muddle the rosemary in the base of the shaker with the gin, add the other ingredientes except the bee rand shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top with the beer, stir gentle a few times.
