Ingredients

  • 30 ml sake
  • 30 ml "manzanilla pasada" sherry
  • 15 ml lillet blanc
  • 15 ml umeshu liqueur
  • 1 dash angostura bitter
  • 2,5 ml Sanz ginger and chili syrup

How to mix

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
