  • 60 ml Jamaica Rum
  • 7.5 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 7.5 ml Campari
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Syrup of smoked sugar @sanzcocktails
  • 30 ml Pineapple puree @sanzcocktails
  • 4 leaves of sage

How to mix

Smoke the glass with a smoking pipe and cherry wood. Cover with a napkin. Shake all ingredients with ice. Remove the napkin and double-strain on ice stone in the glass.
