Sanz Strawberry Purée is on the market! It is here now, we could not wait to tell you and the day has arrived.

If we tell you that there is an 88% fruit purée that you do not need to freeze in order to enjoy the spectacular taste, that when closed it lasts for a year, and when open it can be used within 3 weeks, with a totally natural colour without any colourings, with an anti-drip system and a totally competitive price, does that not seem ground-breaking to you?

The purée concept was invented in order to continue to enjoy a fruit during periods when the fruit is not in season.
Such purées need to be frozen for storage and once unfrozen you have to consume them within 5 days, always keeping them refrigerated during that period.

At Sanz we are non-conformists and we have not just taken the easy path by creating any kind of purée (sugary jams, compotes, etc…and all masked by a heavy dose of sugar or added juice which taints their original fruit taste).
We have spent a lot of time (years!) working and pondering the idea of how to break away from those setbacks that affect the world of purée and its preservation, and innovate by putting an authentic purée onto the market, made from fresh fruit (88%), which does not need to be chilled, and here you have it!
