• Wild Berries Puree
• Vanilla

Ingredients

• 45 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Chamomile liqueur
• 30 ml Puree of wild berries @sanzcocktails purefruit
• 30 ml Lemon juice
• 15 ml vanilla syrup @sanzcocktails
• 1 blow of angostura
• lightly whipped cream

How to mix

In a shaker, stir the cream until half way through and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Double-strain into a coupette glass. With a bar spoon, place the half-cooked cream over the cocktail.
