Bacon Mexican Toddy

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Mezcal
  • 30 ml Tequila Jalisco reposado 100 % agave infused with bacon
  • 10 ml Sanz coco syrup
  • 5 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 125 ml té Lapsan Souchong

How to mix

Bring water to 90º, add the tea and remove from fire, let infuse for 5 minutes. Add the other ingredientes while tea is infusing and stir. Strain and serve hot For the bacon infused tequila Heat 3-4 bacon slices in a pan and colect 3 oz of the bacon fat. Place tequila and bacon fat in a mason jar, close and shake, leave it at room temperature for 1 hour and place it in the freezer. When the fat has hardened, remove from the frezer and strain with a coffee filter. Bottle.
