Syrups/Purees
Ingredients
- 45 ml tequila Jalisco reposado 100% agave infused with uvas raisins
- 20 ml triple sec liqueur
- 5 ml Nordpol peach liqueur
- 25 ml lime juice
- 10 ml Sanz coconut milk syrup
How to mix
Shake all ingtredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass
For the tequila infused with raisins:
1 bottle Tequila Jalisco 100% agave 120 g raisins Prepare an ice bath and hit it till it reaches 65º. Place all ingredientes into a plastic bag ready for sous vide and vacum to maximum preasure Cook for 2 hours. Trasnfer the bag to an ice bath, strain and bottle
