Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 3 oz fiter coffee
  • 1 oz Sanz brown sugar syrup
  • Cream (35% fat)

How to mix

Shake the cream. Pour whiskey, coffee and brown sugar syrup and stir. Using the barspoon slowly layer the cream on top of the previous mix.
