Jamaican mango sour

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Jamaican rhum
- 1/2 oz Capitan Morgan rhum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 Sanz sugar syrup
- 1/4 oz Sanz banana Syrup
- 1 dash of angostura bitter
- top with mango
- brandy
- blossom water foam
How to mix
Shake all ingredients with ice except the foam, fine strain into chilled gobblet glass, top with the foam
