JELLY COLADA

Ingredients

  • 240 ml Pineapple puree @sanzcocktails purefruit
  • 60 ml Coconut milk syrup @sanzcocktails
  • 180 ml Nordpol coconut liqueur
  • 4 sheets of gelatin

How to mix

Hydrate the gelatine sheets in cold water. In a pot, add all ingredients, including hydrated gelatine sheets. Heat over medium heat until they are integrated. Pour 55 grams of the preparation into silicone moulds and refrigerate until they gel. NOTE: this recipe reaches for 8 pieces of 55 grams.
