Ingredients
- 30 ml sake
- 30 ml "manzanilla pasada" sherry
- 15 ml lillet blanc
- 15 ml umeshu liqueur
- 1 dash angostura bitter
- 2,5 ml Sanz ginger and chili syrup
How to mix
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
