KING’S CAKE PUNCH
Syrups/Purees
Ingredients
- 45 ml Brandy
- 120 ml milk infused in King’s Roll
- 15 ml of sugar syrup @sanzcocktails
- 15 ml syrup of coconut milk @sanzcocktails
- Peel of orange and nutmeg
How to mix
Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Make a double-pour in a previously cooled cup. TO INFUSE THE MILK WITH KING CAKE: Heat 500 ml of milk without boiling and add 100 grams of roscón de reyes. Turn off the fire and leave to infuse for 2 hours. Crush everything in a mixer, strain and bottle the milk.
