Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish whisky
  • 1 oz sake
  • 10 ml kombu fluid
  • 1/4 oz Sanz sugar syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz egg white

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a chilled martini glass <br/> FOR THE KOMBU FLUID 480 ml cold water 13 grms dry kombu 1 oz soy sauce 3 oz sesame oil 3,8 grms white sugar infuce the water with the dry kombu for 24 hours in a mason jar and put it in the fridger.Shake it every 6 hours Strain the water in a blender with the rest of ingredients and blend, bottle
