Ingredients
- 1 oz Brandy de Jerez
- 20 ml Oloroso wine
- 1/2 oz cuban honey
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Sanz Guava syrup
- 6 mint sprigs
- Top with cava and angostura dash
How to mix
add all ingredients to shaker except cava, muddle gently and shake with ice , fine strain into an ice-filled gobblet glass, top with cava and dash of angostura
