Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Passion fruit puree @sanzcocktails
  • 7.5 ml lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml of ginger and chili syrup @sanzcocktails
  • Cava

How to mix

Shake all the ingredients except the cava with ice in a shaker. Make a double pour in the previously cooled cup. Top up with cava and mix gently with a bar spoon.
