  • 1 oz pear puré
  • 1/4 oz Suze
  • 1/4 oz Nordpol cinnamon liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Sanz green apple syrup
  • 1 oz red wine

How to mix

Shake all ingredients with ice except the wine and strain into an ice-filled old fashion glass, top with red wine
