Pouchong Sour

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz whisky
- 1/2 oz pouchong tea
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Sanz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz Sanz green apple syrup
- 1 oz egg white
How to mix
Shake all ingredients with ice , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into ice-filled glass
