Syrups/Purees
Ingredients
- 45 ml gin
- 15 ml Nordpol cassis liqueur
- 45 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 22.5 ml white chocolate Sanz syrup
- 2 dashes hazelnut bitter
- Top soda water
How to mix
Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda water. Double strain into an iced filled highball glass, top with soda water, stir gently.
