Spicy Fizzy Mezcal

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Sanz Chili syrup
- 1 dash barbeque bitters
- pinch of salt
- 1 oz egg white
- 1 barspoon Fernet
- top soda water.
How to mix
Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda water , remove ice and shake again, fine strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, top with soda water
