Ingredients
- 60 ml Jamaica Rum
- 7.5 ml Green Chartreuse
- 7.5 ml Campari
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Syrup of smoked sugar @sanzcocktails
- 30 ml Pineapple puree @sanzcocktails
- 4 leaves of sage
How to mix
Smoke the glass with a smoking pipe and cherry wood. Cover with a napkin. Shake all ingredients with ice. Remove the napkin and double-strain on ice stone in the glass.
