- 30 ml Gin
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 50 ml plum puree
- 20 ml Sanz Purefruit wild berries
- 25 ml malbec wine
- 25 ml Supasawa
- 30 ml Sanz ginger & chili syrup
- 2.5 ml red wine vinegar
How to mix
Shake all ingredientes with ice and double sgrain into a carbonatoing device, carbonate, pour into the glass over ice.
