- 2 oz Amontillado
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 barspoon Sanz banana syrup
- 1 baraspoon Sanz sugar syrup
- pineapple chunk
How to mix
pour all the ingredientes in a cocktail shaker, muddle and shake with ice, double strain in a highball glass over crushed ice.
