Cassis

Cassis fruit comes from the northern hemisphere, mainly from the coldest regions of Germany, England and France. But is was the English who encouraged its consumption during the Second World War, due to the enormous amount of health benefits it had for soldiers.
It is one of the lesser-known red fruits and which gives a greater intensity of flavour to drinks.
Sanz Syrups adds the redcurrant juice (26% Cassis juice).
