Melon

The melon, originally from South Asia and Africa, was brought to Europe during the Middle Ages, and it was one of the fruits that Christopher Columbus took on his journeys to America.
We created a syrup based on an exhaustive selection of melon juice (16% melon juice) that best conveys the freshness of the fruit. We always seek the ideal point of ripeness, too.
The melon, is one of the most versatile fruits because it perfectly combines with the alcoholic basis in champagne, rum, vodka, tequilas and is especially recommended for melon mojitos or margaritas.
