Years of research to address a challenge; a syrup with a flavour which is very much like and reminds one of the fruit itself,.. the traditional strawberry, the most natural, with no artificial substances.
Years to find a balance that maintains the taste of the strawberry above that of the syrup, investigating a myriad of combinations,… until the perfect strawberry juice (20% strawberry juice) was found.
Ideal for all kinds of cocktails, with or without alcohol, as well as smoothies.
