Watermelon

Originally from Africa, and introduced in Spain during the period when the Arabs ruled, it was included in our diet as one of the most refreshing summer fruits.
We directly make the syrup with the watermelon pulp (16% watermelon pulp) to preserve the undertones of its flavour, and no colouring is added, so that there is no distraction from the fruit itself. The purified smooth refreshing version in syrup. With watermelon purée in the leading role, with hints of summer for company and perfect for the most refreshing cocktails.
